There’s no way around it: I’m a popinjay.

Warren Jeffs threatens no salvation if 16 year-old girl not marry:

It’s still consensual because she simply could have waived said salvation, or walked out if she wanted to.  If I would have emailed her and recommended same belief (for which I disagree), would Mr. Critical be in jail also?  Freedom of Religion allows Jeffs to believe in his instructions for marriage.  Extensively, I think there are actual organizations that promote underage sex.  What about Billy Idol: “Rock the cradle of love,” 1990.  Should we also arrest Billy Idol?  (Maybe there’s just something screwbally-in-the-head with those people born in 1955.  What are we going to do when one becomes President?)  Good question: where are the actual parents?  Maybe they’ve allowed Jeffs to instruct their daughter.  If such is the case, then it’s parentally approved.  Our laws / traditions basically say that when a female chooses marriage, regardless of reservations (which many people have), she’s obligated to have sex; same as if she’s a pregnant 12 year-old who gets married without anyone else’s approval (for like financial support).  I bet there are a lot of women who don’t like having sex with their husbands, but (have to) do it anyway.  Realize, “try” to be honest: marriage is basically an organized form of prostitution. – Jeffs shouldn’t be in jail just because we are all too dishonest to admit that.  I would have recommended the girl choose the loss of Jeffs’ definition of salvation, and argued same with Jeffs.  But, again, the constitution says he is protected by federal law to continue to believe and instruct it if he so chooses.  There’s nothing wrong with her husband being 12 years older, or even if he’s uglier than an Australopithecus.  She obviously still has a lot of standard outside society discriminatory influences.  What we’re taught has everything to do with what controls our minds: very few have true self-thinking abilities.  I bet there are a lot of parents who’ve demanded their daughters marry someone they didn’t want to, like if they were pregnant (especially if they’re a Catholic, Baptist, Mormon, have a high position in society, etc.).  I’ve read how people have walked out from Jeffs’ community, and some have been booted out.  So there’s no real force to make people obey Jeffs’ federally protected Freedom of Religion.

Mr. Critical – I should have been a lawyer.
