Another thing:  You may never go to Church, you may have never even heard the name of Jesus, you may be gay as a tweety bird, you may have even had sex before wedlock (shameful); but, if you gave Jesus Christ food to eat and a place to stay, etc. when He needed it, you can look forward to “eternal life.”  Jesus assures this in Matt. 25:34-46.  If there are any homeless people (Jesus Christs) in your town, then you definitely don’t have enough true “Christians” around.  ^35”I was a stranger and you took Me in” (the good thing). ⁴³“I was a stranger and you did not take Me in” (the bad thing).  Oh, I know He smells, looks like a nightmare, and talks crazier than me; but, that’s because He is “the least.”  I know a lot of people who would love to meet Jesus, but for some reason none of them want to take Him home.  Maybe the problem is everyone needs to go back to grammar school – to learn how to read!

Now, there are some churches that think they are preaching the Golden Rule correctly; but, if they’re not stating that anything else is a cop-out, then they’re not even close.

Don’t let John Gibson know how he’s wrong, let me know how I’m wrong.

Mr. Critical – Well… I’m John Brown holding a Bible in one hand and a keyboard in the other (ref. Kansas Capitol mural) (But I look a little crazier in the face).  It’s what makes me really better than everybody else.  Sure, you can shoot this human, but I will rise again, because I am the Golden Rule.  Bullets cannot destroy me.

P.S.  Religion is more than just something we teach our children, and to keep husbands from two timing their wives.

What if Jesus comes back like that – oh, what if Jesus comes back like that?” –Collin Raye, 1996.  Well… according to “Jesus” that’s Him.  Therefore, to have Jesus “come back” we just need to admit that He’s already here.  Jesus died so we would get the message, not for just another cop-out.  Now, realize this is not the only sector that is in need of improvement.  We’d have to keep realizing who is “the least.”
